All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos via approved channels including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

Opening duplicate, parallel, or substitute accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Winnings accrued through duplicate accounts may be voided at escala88's sole discretion.
escala88 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to authorizing withdrawal transactions. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID) and any additional documents reasonably requested for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. KYC verification must be completed before real-money deposits are converted to withdrawable funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your escala88 username and password. You must notify escala88 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. escala88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account use where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. A minimum withdrawal amount applies as specified in the current cashier interface. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. escala88 targets processing of approved withdrawals within the timelines displayed in the cashier section, but reserves the right to conduct additional AML screening that may extend processing times.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while funds have been played or withdrawn from your escala88 account constitutes fraud. escala88 will pursue recovery of fraudulently charged-back amounts through all available legal channels.
escala88 may offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game lists, and expiry periods. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of the overall escala88 Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.
Bonuses may not be transferred between players. Abuse of promotional offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, wagering on low-margin outcomes solely to satisfy rollover requirements, or participating in any form of coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
All games available on the escala88 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealer operations, as applicable. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing agencies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are disclosed in-game or in the associated game information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, the affected round shall be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's account. escala88 shall not be liable for any winnings claimed on the basis of a technical error or display malfunction. The escala88 trademark may not be used in connection with any other product or service without express written authorization.
The escala88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While escala88 takes reasonable measures to maintain service availability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, Philippine telecommunications network outages, third-party payment processor downtime, force majeure events, or government-mandated restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, escala88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. escala88 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

escala88 may revise these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version at escala88.net/terms-conditions. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the escala88 Platform shall first be submitted to escala88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
